Mar, 1997, Mr. Victor Ju, the founder of WEIBANG, resigned from the post of general manager from a state enterprise and started to create his own plant; he gave the name “WEIBANG” to his garden machine plant. “WEIBANG” means “from high quality”.
Sep, 1997, the first WEIBANG lawn mower come into being.
 
Since the plant founded in 1997, WEIBANG has gone from 1 lawn mower series being offered to 9 lawn mower series, 2 lawn aerator series, 2 lawn rake series, 3 chipper/ shredders series, 2 sod cutter series,lawn roller etc. WEIBANG has also added numerous accessories that complement its already extensive product lines. These products are distributed in more than 30 countries around the world. After years of efforts, WEIBANG has been becoming one of the largest garden machine producers in China, and "WEIBANG" has grown into a well-known brand.

In the near future, WEIBANG will continue to expand its product line to include a new trenchers, stump grinder,hydraulic log splitters, and gearboxes, etc.

Today, WEIBANG is a diverse, high-performing industrial company with a high-quality corporate team; In WEIBANG, no matter product design or industrial model, 3D computer design is used for new product developing. WEIBANG also has owned a number of patent technologies with independent intellectual property rights in recent years, and established cooperative relations with famous university and other research institutions such as Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Nanjing University, Yangzhou University, etc.

With the ever-increasing requirement of Europe, WEIBANG seizes the opportunity to penetrate the Europe market. In 2006, another sales office (Global power Garden Machines BVBA) in Belgium was established to service Europe to further perpetuate our global presence.
